HOLISTIC CREATIVE ARTS THERAPY

Sometimes saying what we’re feeling and thinking can be difficult or painful. But when words fall short, art can speak for you through color and form, allowing difficult emotions and experiences to be expressed safely and creatively.
The act of creating can help you express difficult emotions, reduce stress, and find relaxation, and can also be a powerful way to build connections with others. For example, art therapy done in group workshops can offer meaningful support and combat feelings of isolation, especially for those struggling with loneliness or depression.

How it works

Nature-Based Therapy sessions can unfold through play and exploration, reflective and sensory rich eco-projects, or through mindful walks and nature immersive experiences. No outdoor or fitness experience is required, sessions are open to children, youth, and adults of all genders and backgrounds; only an openness to the awe and wonder of Nature’s embrace is needed.
